Refund policy

Please contact us immediately if you experience any problems with your purchase! We will issue a replacement or a full refund* if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase. We're dedicated to providing you with excellent coffee and superior customer service.

*We cannot issue refunds for shipping problems that arise after we've shipped your order. We will assess each situation as it arises and will do everything we can to make it right, including shipping a replacement order

We only produce what's ordered - abandoned pickup orders will not be refunded. Orders will be considered abandoned if not picked up within 15 days of the first "ready for pick up" notification. We will send multiple reminders and make every effort to contact you.
